Marketing is my job, real estate is my passion! Luckily for me, as a licensed real estate broker, I get to do both! I understand the importance and pressures of balancing a career and a family, my most important job waits for me at the end of every day when I go home to my most demanding clients- my kids. My work for you includes respecting your time and working with you to accomodate your schedule. I have a bachelors degree in professional communications and years of experience working in the marketing field. I know in this day and age everyone is busy, that's why I'm easy to reach. Going house hunting with me? Wondering what to bring?

 

  • A notepad. Not a five section fivestar notebook, I won't be quizzing you. But after a couple of houses, details can blur together. It helps to write down your likes and dislikes after each house, then later, you can go back and decide which ones to cross off.

  • A buddy. A spouse, parent, friend, even your children. It helps to have others' opinions, especially if you are a first time home buyer.

  • Your financing pre-approval letter. Most realtors require this prior to house showings. You might not plan on buying a home right away, but love at first showing is not uncommon, and you need to be prepared in case it happens.

  • Questions. Seriously, that's what I am here for, you aren't being a bother or a pest by utilizing your realtor. If I don't know the answers to all of your inquiries about a home, ( I probably won't unless I built the house), I will find out the answers and get back to your promptly.
